Processing
What data. What you type in the contact form (name, email, company, project description and, if you fill them in, company type, PLC, stage, date, location and phone) and what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
What for. Only to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. We don’t send advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions.
Legal basis. Your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you ask for a quote, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
How long. While we deal with your request. If we don’t end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after the last contact. If there is a contract, we keep it for the periods required by law.
Who else sees it. We don’t share it with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers process it only on our behalf, as data processors. If you write to us on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those platforms process your data under their own policies.
Web analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics processes browsing data (pages viewed, device and approximate location) to produce aggregated statistics, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data you type into the form is not sent to Google. More details in the cookie policy.
Your rights. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@robify.es. If you think we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
